  • Managing mailbox and service now tickets
  • Customer service via email and ticket Will be handling critical process for US payroll/payroll tax
  • POC of Onshore team for all payroll and tax related requests
  • Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1


    • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • College undergraduates with experience
  • With at least 2 to 3 years relevant payroll or payroll tax experience
  • With at least 1 to 2 years US payroll OR US payroll tax experience
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including multi-state payroll requirements
  • Proficient in payroll systems such as ADP, Oracle, ServiceNow
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and responding to audits or tax notices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP OR Oracle experience required
