A Glimpse into Your New Role
You are a Customer Service Representative, a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Handle all requests with due skill and care.
- Understand all aspects of the business and products in order to support effectively.
- Responsible for assisting and resolving concerns of our paying customers over the phone, message center platform and email.
- Laise effectively internally with other departments to ensure that customers’ needs are addressed.
In a nutshell, you have won the day when you make customers happy with your best and excellent service!
What You’ll Bring
Consistent to our goal as an organization, at Acquire BPO, we are looking for individuals who are passionate in winning; those who enjoy achieving goals with the determination to go beyond hurdles. As a Customer Service Representative, you can perform well if you have:
- At least 1 year of CSR or TSR experience handling calls and emails, or chat in a BPO setting.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite.
