THE WORK:

As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of systems, delivering services, and supporting infrastructures and technology initiatives. Your typical day will involve managing and maintaining databases, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Manage and maintain databases to ensure data integrity.

Resolve technical issues related to database administration.

Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Implement best practices for delivering services.

Support infrastructures and technology initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Database Administration

Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration

Strong understanding of database management principles.

Experience in troubleshooting database issues.

Knowledge of database security and backup procedures.

Ability to optimize database performance.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Database Administration.

This position is based at our Manila office.

Required certification: AWS Solution Architect Associate or AWS SysOps Associate
