THE WORK:

As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of systems, implementing best practices for service delivery, and supporting infrastructures and technology initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Ensure the integrity and governance of systems.

Implement best practices for delivering services.

Develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives.

Adhere to existing standards and methods of delivery.

Collaborate with teams to ensure operational excellence.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Database Administration

Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Administration

Strong understanding of database management principles.

Experience in optimizing database performance.

Proficiency in database security and backup procedures.

Knowledge of database troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams for system enhancements.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Database Administration.

This position is based at our Manila office.

Required certification: AWS Solution Architect Associate / Azure Support Administrator Associate
