A bit more about this role:

A Data Management Technician is responsible for ensuring that data is properly organized and stored. They commonly work with large databases or other systems of records, which may be used to store information about customers, products, equipment, etc. Data management technicians typically have a deep understanding of the database software they're using. They may also be tasked with updating new databases or tables within existing databases.

You will work in an entrepreneurial environment where we are constantly looking to learn what our customers need and to develop better ways to serve them.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must have experience extracting, organizing, and inputting data into various databases or cloud platforms
  • Must not have had any disciplinary actions regarding attendance, conduct and/or performance in the past 90 days, and must not be approaching such action.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic records for a company's databases
  • Maintaining physical security of sensitive materials and equipment
  • Analyzing data in order to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Assisting in creating reports and proposals to present findings to management
  • Provide data assurance and quality support projects to Tires Easy

  • The ability to comprehend and apply on-the-job training. This training may include learning the company's specific computer programs and procedures.

Desired skills & experience:

  • Experience with using software programs such as: Excel, Google Sheets, VBA, Java Script, SAP
  • High speed Wi-Fi connection
  • Be able to work 8 hour shifts (i.e. PST)
  • You have a minimum of 1 years of experience in Data entry
  • You're a great team member with a can-do attitude; you're self- reflective
