About The Role

We're looking for a highly experienced Accountant/ Bookkeeper based in the Philippines to manage the day-to-day accounting operations for our fast-growing Australian company, Feedwell.

You'll play a vital role in managing the finances for a business that fuels companies like Google, TikTok, Amazon, and Louis Vuitton with healthy food daily. It's a full-time, long-term position with stable hours, career progression, and full government benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

• Processing weekly payroll for 80+ Australian employees
• Managing accounts payable and receivable including payment runs and collections
• Performing daily bank reconciliations in Xero
• Issuing daily invoices based on customer orders
• Maintaining and updating live data in Google Sheets
• Preparing monthly financial reports that are accurate and on time
• Communicating clearly with internal teams and suppliers
• Recommending improvements to financial systems and workflows
  
  

What We're Looking For

This role is for an experienced Accountant or Bookkeeper who is accurate, proactive, and highly reliable. You'll be trusted with important financial responsibilities from day one. You will be solely responsible for all Feedwell's bookkeeping.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or a related finance/accounting course (Philippines-based education)
• At least 5 years of solid experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Deep expertise in Xero reconciliations, reports, bulk imports, payroll, etc.
• Hands-on experience processing payroll for 80+ employees
• Proven AP/AR experience in businesses with $5M+ AUD turnover
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• A quiet, professional work-from-home setup with strong internet
