Summary

The Data Quality SME will be responsible for implementing data quality frameworks, conducting data profiling, and executing data cleansing activities. This role involves integrating data across systems, ensuring robust data governance, and working with SQL and data mapping to maintain high data standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage data quality frameworks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across the organization.
• Conduct data profiling to assess data quality, identify anomalies, and provide insights into data integrity issues.
• Execute data cleansing processes to rectify inaccuracies and standardize data for consistency.
• Perform data integration tasks to consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure seamless data flow.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and practices to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data as needed.
• Create and manage data mapping processes to align data structures across systems and ensure data consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and address data quality issues.
Monitor and report on data quality metrics and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with more than 8 years of experience
• Proven experience with data quality frameworks and methodologies.
• Knowledge with Core Banking Systems
• Strong background in data profiling, data cleansing, and data integration.
• Expertise in data governance practices and principles.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data.
• Experience with data mapping and ensuring consistency across different data systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
