We’re looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join our GWAM Technology Data & BI Services Team at MBPS. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for a wide range of systems by working with business clients and teams to debug and troubleshoot applications, including SQL, Python, PowerShell, .Net, VBA, and Perl scripts.
- Data Analysis and Investigation: Analyze and resolve data-related issues, such as incorrect data or discrepancies, and investigate feed failures using tools like Azure Data Factory, CA, and Databricks.
- Reporting and Metrics: Design and build reports using tools like PowerBI, Power Automate, or PowerApps, and track key metrics to develop strategies for increased efficiency.
- Collaboration and Development Coordination: Work with development teams to coordinate efforts for both major and minor enhancements, ensuring alignment and progress.
- Continuous Improvement and Documentation: Stay updated on industry standards and methodologies, consistently apply continuous improvement principles, and document findings and processes for application support.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply
- Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience supporting systems at Level 2 (support)
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: 3 days on-site (in UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City) and 2 days Work From Home every week, in a rotating shift (day/mid/night).
- Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
- Understanding of Azure Cloud Technologies – Azure Data Factory, Databricks, (Required)
- Successful candidate will have strong knowledge and experience (at least 2 year-experience) in at least 4 of the following technologies:
- CA Workload Automation
- MS SQL / Oracle
- Shell Scripting/ Power Shell / UNIX
- Big Data Technologies like HIVE, HADOOP, Oozie and NiFi
- PowerBI
- Informatica development (or related ETL tools)
