Data Entry and Shipment Tracking Associate

Office Location: 14th Floor, 1Nito Tower, Archbishop Reyes Ave, Lahug, Cebu City

DATA ENTRY AND SHIPMENT TRACKING ASSOCIATE

The Data Entry and Shipment Tracking Associate is primarily responsible for interfacing with Radiant Global Logistics internal customers and Operations, with limited external communication (email only). The role ensures high-level system continuity and coherence for entered shipment activities, adhering to all company policies and procedures. Job duties may be modified based on operational or business needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate via email and video/teleconference.
• Provide general customer service.
• Enter data for shipments and track shipment progress.
• Perform additional duties and assignments as required.
• Maintain continuous communication via email, messenger, or video/teleconference.
• Complete entry of pick-up information and Proof of Delivery for all shipments as needed.
• Confirm delivery charges based on carrier/agent communication and reports.
• Break down charges to ensure accurate billing and payment to vendors.
• Apply basic problem-solving procedures daily.
• Utilize tools such as 7L Freight.Com, Microsoft Outlook, and Transportation Management Software (TM) accurately.
• Track shipments, enter costs, and update information in TM according to company policy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required. Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or International Trade preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Experience in the Transportation/Logistics industry is preferred.

• 10:00pm-7:00am PHT Monday to Friday
• On-Site
