Job Description

• Works under general supervision.
• May complete assignments of limited complexity, requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Assists in business related activities and presentations.
• Displays knowledge and ability to apply business practices in carrying out a variety of assignments.
• Produces regularly scheduled reports from multiple data sources.
• Is able to analyze and present data for purpose of evaluation.
• Demonstrates the ability to organize, process, and present information, requiring good communication skills.
• Perform moderately complex analyses using large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Demonstrates the ability to organize, process, and present information, requiring good communication skills.
• Maintain company data assets and manage and improve existing reporting systems.
• Support compliance-related reports and procedural documentation.
• Demonstrates the ability to organize, process, and present information, requiring good communication skills.
• Work closely across multiple business units to develop strategy for long-term data platform and business intelligence architecture.

• Measure KPIs for processes and measure progress towards goals set forth by the Governance Board
• Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
• Perform moderately complex tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, procedures, and SOX & internal controls.
• Demonstrates the ability to organize, process, and present information, requiring good communication skills.
• Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead for timely. May support senior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.
