- Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (24 years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
