  • Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (24 years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
