Job Description

As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Mall and Offsite teams by providing valuable insights and conducting in-depth analyses of relevant data and information. Your work will directly contribute to the planning, strategizing, and decision-making processes of the organization.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide analytical support in achieving those goals.
  • Conduct research and gather market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify and propose improvements to existing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Mall and Offsite teams to understand their requirements and provide proactive analytical support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management Engineering or it's equivalent
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or marketing analytics role
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the retail or e-commerce industry is desirable.
