This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Your insights will help drive strategic decisions and improve the effectiveness of our promotional initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Promos & Events and Analytics teams to model potential outcomes, optimize promotional strategies, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the accurate and timely development, production, and analysis of sales production, manpower, management reports, promotional campaigns and activities.

Position Responsibilities
- Analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate the performance of campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Develop and execute data simulations to predict the performance of campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyze simulation results to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize campaigns and promotions.
- Prepares work process documentation as part of records management.
- Actively participate in and contribute to various distribution projects, programs, and initiatives.
- Degree holder with major in B.S. Computer Science, Business Management, Economics, Math, Accounting or other financial courses
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent technical skills and programming skills, knowledgeable in financial spreadsheets preparation and trend analysis data simulation and report commentary writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to do data simulation
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within agreed SLA.
