Data Administrator Specialist

This role provides vital support to the Collections Team by coordinating with various departments, resolving data-related issues, and assisting in the processing of ad hoc tasks and analytics.

What You Will Do

• Meet and work directly with collections team ( Collections Analyst, EC , LC and TQAC team)
• Coordinate with the necessary departments for collection data base issues.
• Help Collections analyst in solving simple tickets related to adhoc collections process and SQL
• Support collections team by extracting data in collections database.
• Provide support to Collections data/tool maintenance and update.
• Monitoring and processing of implementation for collections report in OBIEE, MACRO AND PBI
• Monitoring and checking of critical and non critical procedures for Collections Team
• Process Collections Analytics adhoc task such as Barangay Exclusion, Settlement waiving of balances and penalty, Agency Endorsement List Sending, Phone Deactivation/Reactivation and Settlement Offered Report
  
  

What You Should Have

• Working Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
• At least 1 year of work experience related
• Ability to collect, organize and analyze data
• Good communication skills (both spoken and written)
  
  

Nice to Have Areas

• Knowledgeable in SQL, OBIEE and POWERBI or related business tool
• Previous work experience in a financial company
• Technical expertise regarding data mining and reporting tool (SQL, Powe BI, Tableau etc)
