What is the job?
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences through courteous, timely, and professional interactions.
- Provide courteous, timely, and empathetic customer service to resolve inquiries and issues effectively.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain acceptable service standards and develop communication skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency using computers with the ability in navigating various software systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with patients with a high degree of professionalism.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communications skills with the ability to convey thoughts professionally in various communication modes.
