Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Investment Associate to join our investment team. The successful candidate will be involved across the full investment lifecycle – from deal sourcing and evaluation to execution and reporting. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to global investments in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end investment process, including research, due diligence, and preparation of investment memos.
Evaluate private equity fund opportunities, co-investments, and direct deals across multiple sectors and geographies.
Prepare presentation materials and analysis for the Investment Committee.
Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports and valuations.
Conduct market and industry research to support investment theses and strategic reviews.
Assist in managing relationships with fund managers, co-investment partners, and advisors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a small, collaborative team setting.
