Role
We are currently seeking highly qualified individuals to join our customer support team, providing assistance to users of Amazon by Codisto. As a customer support representative, you will primarily communicate with our clients via email and chat, occasionally requiring phone support. This role presents unique challenges as it involves troubleshooting issues related to the integration between Shopify, Codisto software, and Amazon. Our users often encounter uncertainties, and identifying the root cause can be complex. Various iterations of Shopify usage and geographical discrepancies on Amazon platforms, such as Amazon.com and Amazon.com.au, add further intricacies that require comprehensive comprehension. Each support ticket demands a customized approach, devoid of canned responses or generic troubleshooting methods. We value candidates who demonstrate analytical thinking and possess the ability to delve deep into intricate problems.
Depending on their experience, candidates may also be offered the opportunity to engage in proactive support, beyond the scope of reactive customer assistance. Rest assured, we provide comprehensive training on the Amazon by Codisto software, as well as educational resources on Amazon and Shopify to ensure your success in this role.

Job Requirements
This job requires 8 hours of in-office work, 40-hours per week on a rotating schedule.
