Massive hiring for a talented Telco Billing Account Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a CSR, you will be the face of our client's brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our telecommunications customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement.
What you'll be doing
Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional, courteous, and efficient service
Accurately process customer account updates, billing inquiries, and service requests
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating where necessary
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate |
No Experience Required
Billing & sales is a + factor
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve customer issues
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
