Salary Range: up to 1600 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are an online education business looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Reporting Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and preparing reports, with an emphasis on providing exceptional service and accuracy. This is a long-term opportunity for someone passionate about customer service who enjoys problem-solving and is eager to grow with our expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to 30-50 customer emails per day and handle phone calls and live chat inquiries in fluent English.
  • Assist with common customer issues such as password resets, test resets, invoicing, and refunds.
  • Manage customer accounts through Joomla or other LMS/CMS systems (experience with these systems is a plus, but not required).
  • Prepare and submit data reports to various portals using spreadsheets for basic data entry and tracking.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) carefully to ensure accuracy in customer service and reporting tasks.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in an online or tech environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow detailed procedures.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
  • Flexibility to work during US business hours (CST) and adjust between east and west coast time zones.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with customer support tools like HelpScout.
  • Familiarity with Joomla or similar LMS/CMS platforms.
