This role is crucial for driving our client's growth in the competitive fintech landscape. By generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads across various business sectors, the SDR serves as the vital first point of contact for potential clients. They are responsible for effectively communicating our client's comprehensive suite of payment and engagement solutions, identifying decision-makers who can benefit from these innovative offerings, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations. Ultimately, this role directly contributes to the company's mission of helping businesses thrive in the digital marketplace by connecting them with transformative technology solutions.

The Impact you'll make

Lead Generation and Outreach

  • Perform 80-100 cold calls daily to prospective clients across various industries

  • Research and identify potential clients using CRM database and industry-specific insights

  • Create targeted outreach lists focusing on diverse business types


Solution-Based Appointment Setting

  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations about their payment processing and customer engagement needs

  • Qualify leads based on their potential to benefit from our client's innovative solutions

  • Schedule appointments with decision-makers for the sales team to demonstrate the technology


CRM Management and Follow-up

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach activities in the CRM

  • Conduct diligent follow-ups via phone and email, nurturing leads through the initial stages of interest

  • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team, providing comprehensive notes on prospect needs


Product Knowledge and Strategy

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's diverse product offerings

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies for different business types

  • Confidently communicate value propositions during calls, emphasizing benefits like streamlined operations and enhanced customer experiences



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in cold-calling, SDR, or telemarketing roles, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach targets in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software

  • Understanding of payment processing, POS systems, or customer engagement technologies (preferred)

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
