Member Dispute:

• Dispute Representative will monitor and acknowledge disputes coming from TransUnion members and consumers regarding the credit report they received from us.
• Dispute Representative should be able to investigate and provide resolution to the members and consumers within the given TAT.
• He or she should be able to track all issues and maintain and common tracker.
• Dispute Representative should be able to provide reports every month to management to know the status of the task.
• He or she should be able to think and provide process improvementfor the betterment of the work
• Dispute representative should should always coordinate with the member or consumer to provide updates and status via email or call.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
