Homemaker Furniture Corporation is urgently looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Mandaue. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer concerns
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on support tickets
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues

Qualifications

  • College graduate or at least college level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate typing and strong attention to detail
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
  • Amenable to work on-site in Mandaue City, Cebu
