We are looking for Associates who will be at the front line of our operations—connecting and engaging with our client's customers. In this role, you’ll deliver the highest level of customer service by providing tailored solutions based on each customer’s unique situation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers through email, chat, or phone, depending on the program
  • Provide empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support
  • Tailor responses to customer needs across different industries (Telecom, Utilities, Finance, Energy, Insurance)
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure effective resolutions and service improvements
  • Achieve performance goals while maintaining high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and/or spoken)

  • At least a graduate of SHS or any equivalent

  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Prior experience in customer service, email, or chat support is a plus

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with new systems and tools

  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to show empathy and adaptability
