Now we’re looking for Customer Success Manager to bring your talent to Noventiq Philippines . You’ll be a part of our Solution Sales Department.
What You’ll Do
- Drive customer Microsoft 365 usage with a focus on Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, Power Platform & Intune.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote Microsoft Office 365 adoption.
- Identify productivity use cases for different departments such as IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, etc. using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Work with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot & Open AI, identify use cases to apply the technology, and lead workshops to promote adoption.
- Drive end-user excitement to create viral adoption (e.g. excitement days, champions programs, Office 365 training)
- Act as the single point of accountability for Teams Monthly Active Usage (MAU) within the customer.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for further value.
- Develop and execute comprehensive adoption strategies for M365 and Copilot tailored to each client's unique needs and business objectives.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure clients are fully equipped to utilize M365 and Copilot features.
- Monitor adoption metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks to adoption, ensuring a smooth and effective implementation process.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate clients on the functionalities and benefits of M365 and Copilot.
- Create and distribute educational materials, including guides, tutorials, and best practices to support ongoing learning and adoption.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in M365 and Copilot to provide clients with the most current information and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science (or similar fields)
- Excellent presentations skills
- Good communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in training/deploying M365 platform is a plus
- Candidates will be trained on Microsoft products.
