We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Expert Tier 2 to join our team in Las Piñas, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities for upselling.

Build long-lasting relationships with clients through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on client needs.

Train customers on product features to maximize their usage and satisfaction.

Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years experience in customer success or support roles.

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
