Job Purpose:


Provide assistance in the daily operations pertaining to tenant relations and other administrative work, contributing to ensure overall smooth mall operations and good handling of tenants, while adhering to company obligations. Also provides knowledgeable and efficient service to ensure that all tenants, employees, and other relevant stakeholders receives excellent customer experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure timely filing of all documents
  • Arrange meetings with LGU/contractor if necessary and as applicable
  • Processing of requirements submitted by tenants
  • Organize work permits submitted by the tenant and check its validity based on mall standards
  • Processing of Temporary Clearance to Operate (TCO)/Final Clearance to Operate (FCO) for newly opened tenants
  • Collect and transpose consolidated tenant promos into a list for submission to Marketing (for mall-wide sales)
  • Prepare and replenish house rules kits, construction kits, and other necessary forms as needed in daily operations
  • Can act as a receptionist from time to time


Requirements:


  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • 1 year of experience in administrative work or customer service
  • Open to flexible schedules
  • Willing to be assigned in SM Southmall
