What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

• Making outbound calls to generate UR contract opportunities. Engage with existing customers to build relationships and identify service opportunities.
• Generate and qualify sale opportunities to identify potential service customers.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain customer and asset data.
• Drive awareness and sales of specific services or promotions through special campaigns.
  
  

Basic Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Education Required

• Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Good phone, verbal, and written communication skills in the English language
• Must be keen to details.
• Knowledgeable with MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shift.
• Demonstrate excellent workload management skills.
