Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Cyberscape Beta, Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig
Work setup & shift: Onsite | Mid shift
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the afterhours once the office in Sydney will be closed (5pm Sydney time), ensuring smooth order processing, prompt support, and a high-quality service experience. This role is remote but closely connected with our Sydney-based operations team that will support you in a comprehensive onboarding.
Familiarity with Navision (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) is a
plus but not required.
Confident using email, spreadsheets, and basic office
applications.
Experience in food & beverage or wholesale distribution is
advantageous.

Traits
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and
written).
Passion for customer service and building positive client
relationships.
Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to
manage multiple tasks.
Positive, solution-oriented attitude with good
organizational skills.

- Order Processing: Enter and manage orders for food and wine products with accuracy.

- Issue Resolution: Handle order issues or complaints, coordinating with internal teams to resolve quickly.
- After-Hours Handling: Ensure incoming messages or enquiries after business hours are redirected or escalated appropriately.
- Follow-Up: Maintain communication with customers to confirm details, share updates, and support repeat business.
