Core Focus
- Manage the full life cycle of customer contract renewals.
- Act as a central point of contact for high-level customer inquiries and coordination.
- Conduct data analysis and manual research to support subscription actions and identify opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity for renewal and sales tracking.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years in a relevant role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, data analysis/number-crunching ability, and top-tier attention to detail.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office/GSuite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Availability: Willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule (including early/evening/weekend hours) in BGC, Taguig.
