Job Summary

As a Business Manager in Asset and Wealth Management Philippines, you will play a pivotal role within our Manila team, supporting 800 employees. You will drive location strategies, champion operational excellence, and build the Asset and Wealth Management Philippines brand. You will create and own key business metrics, manage senior leadership visits, and influence the Senior Leadership Team. In this role, you will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, lead process improvements, and position Manila as a center of excellence. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and team culture.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the Manila location for Asset and Wealth Management
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align local objectives with broader business goals
• Drive talent attraction, retention, and development strategies tailored to the Philippines market
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee experience
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Champion the AWM-PH brand internally and externally, positioning Manila as a center of excellence
• Develop and execute communication strategies to showcase achievements, capabilities, and business impact
• Organize and lead events, campaigns, and initiatives that reinforce the AWM-PH value proposition
• Create, track, and own key business metrics that measure success and drive accountability
• Prepare compelling business reviews, dashboards, and executive presentations for the Senior Leadership Team
  
  

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Fifteen years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations within financial services or asset and wealth management
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence in a large, complex organization
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and senior leadership engagements
• Analytical mindset with expertise in metrics creation, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
