- Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure proper tracking and documentation.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, offering appropriate solutions when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams and branches to fulfill customer requests and resolve inquiries.
- Monitor pending cases to guarantee timely resolution or escalate them when needed.
- Open to fresh graduates with no prior work experience.
- Must have completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
- Customer service experience of at least 6 months is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to communicate clearly in both English and Filipino (written and spoken).
