This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Customer Service Associate in our Bacolod city office. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and assistance to our clients through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media. This is a full-time role within our dynamic and fast-paced call centre environment.
What you'll be doing
Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels
Providing accurate and helpful information to customers to resolve their issues
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and providing feedback to the team
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers through non-voice channels
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and multitask effectively
Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a similar industry
