About The Job
Key Duties:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through open communication.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and process accounts.
Essential Skills:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Graduate of any degree.
- Minimum of 6 months call center experience (preferably in TELCO accounts).
- Open to fresh graduates with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on holidays, weekends, and shifting schedules.
- Willingness to work onsite in IT Park on night shifts.
- Sign-on bonus of P30,000 paid after the first week of employment - conditions apply.
