Overview
- Edlution Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer that will work with Edlution Singapore Team's Development Technical Leads, Project Managers, and Software Analyst.
- UI/UX Designers are at the forefront of the creative process.
- We are looking for a young, bright and detailed-oriented designer to join our team.
- You will be working on IoT/smart city projects which will improve the lives of many people.
- With projects ranging in scope, media channel, and audience, designers at Edlution must be equipped to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
- The ideal candidate must be able to communicate visually and work with stakeholders to develop and incorporate new ideas into our products.
- Product and Software Design:
- Design visual concepts and user interfaces (UI) for web, mobile, and Windows applications, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Create responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and graphic cut-outs.
- Design mobile and Windows app interfaces using 2D graphics, logos, and icons.
- Recognize product buyer personas, understand their purchasing behaviors, and identify their pain points.
- Propose product features that align with business strategies or solve user pain points effectively.
- Conduct research to inform UI/UX design decisions, including user needs, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights by creating white papers, case studies, product comparisons, and competitor analyses.
- Support product development and marketing strategies with well-documented research that enhances user-centric design and highlights product differentiation.
- Incorporate “gamification” elements into products to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Focus on delivering an exceptional end-user experience (UX).
- Gather and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of new design initiatives and refine them as needed.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into development pipelines.
- Manage versioning and updates for all UI/UX projects across product iterations.
- Time-manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and timelines.
- Marketing and Branding Design for Group
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design unique and impactful advertising creatives in various formats, including video, animation, and still designs.
- Assist in maintaining brand design consistency across all marketing and branding materials.
- Support in conceptualization, design, creation, and update a variety of marketing and branding assets such as:
- Sales pitch decks, email headers, infographics, videos, websites, social media assets, landing pages, and other digital content.
- Partner with content marketing team and copywriting team to design engaging social media content.
- Advise and support marketing team the planning, strategizing, and executing of campaigns for email, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Assist in testing the responsiveness, compatibility, and functionality of campaign assets (e.g., email templates, landing pages, and websites) across platforms and devices.
- Assist with video editing and production, including the creation of short-form content such as reels, GIFs, and other social media videos.
- Optimize video and multimedia assets for multiple platforms to maximize engagement.
- Work closely with Marketing Team to ensure to incorporate branding, marketing, and communication strategies into all design projects.
- Work closely with Marketing Team to align design and campaign strategies with broader business goals.
- Use analytics and user feedback to refine designs and improve campaign performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and marketing to introduce innovative ideas.
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia or art-related field.
- Portfolio of high-quality professional work and project samples.
- Experience in web design and UI/UX design is a must.
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and ReactJS is a must.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and Canva.
- Familiar with coding for design (HTML, CSS) to create responsive and interactive assets.
- Ability to test and troubleshoot technical issues related to design and campaign elements.
- Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce work within deadlines.
