As a Customer Service Representative, You Will
- Pre-register patient data prior to physician appointments.
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
- Inform patients of their financial responsibility for the appointment.
- Collect and document accurate Personal and Family Medical History in the patient’s chart.
Non-negotiables
- Prior experience in customer service and insurance verification.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Personable and professional phone presence.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and share information effectively.
