As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative you will:
- Initiate high-volume outbound calls to introduce and market our pharmacy's services.
- Articulate clearly the value proposition, including fast processing, free delivery, and specialty medication access.
- Develop instant rapport with prospects and professionally handle any objections to close the sale.
- Log and update call activities and lead progression accurately within the designated tracking system.
- Achieve or surpass all assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and calling metrics.
- Proven strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Prior experience or basic knowledge of the healthcare industry, medications, or prescriptions.
- Ability to thrive in a role requiring a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
- Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or high-volume sales.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to managing records.
- A strong goal-focused mentality with a drive to meet challenging targets.
- Experience using a CRM or call tracking platform.
- Ability to quickly build trust and overcome sales hurdles.
