As a Customer Service Representative (Dayshift), You Will
- Answering customer service queries via phone and email
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
- Working proactively as part of a team to ensure all phone calls are answered, handled, and recorded on the system
- Following customer service policies and procedures
- Prioritizing complaints and ensuring all queries are followed up on and recorded in Zendesk
- Liaising with various internal departments, stores, and fulfillment centers
- Providing information about the product line, prices, delivery times, online orders, and promotional services
- Performing other ad hoc duties as they arise
Non-negotiables
- At least a year of experience in the customer service industry/BPO
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Being a team player
- Having a passion for customer service and a drive to improve processes and service
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Zendesk
