- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat regarding product information, pricing, orders, delivery status, and other inquiries.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM to maintain proper records.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and suggest effective solutions when necessary.
- Work closely with internal teams and branches to address customer requests.
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closure or escalate issues when required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyno prior experience is required.
- At least Senior High School (Grade 12) completion.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Clear and effective communication skills in both English and Filipino, written and spoken.
