Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CSR (Order Processor) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that all customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service. You will handle sales orders, manage product returns, and provide customers with timely updates. This role also involves supporting our sales team and maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
•Be a critical part of the team delivering the best customer service in the industry
•Respond to any customer enquiries
•Demonstrate proactivity in helping customers
•Consistently maintain a customer first mentality
•Adopt the ACL Customer Care Blueprint as standard operating instructions
•Complete all reporting requirements within ACL systems accurately and in a timely manner
•Comply with ACL policies and procedures at all times
•Process new sales orders and sales proposals
•Process and arrange product returns
•Persistent follow up
•Provide order updates to customers
•Support sales team
Requirements:
•3+ Years experience in Order Processing, Customer Service or similar role
•Experience selling and/or using welding equipment and industrial tools/products
•Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP
•Operates well with giving and receiving feedback
•Possess high level attention to detail and accuracy
•Organizational and time management skills.
•Adaptable and open to take on tasks/training.
•Ability to prioritise and task manage independently.
•Collaborative, flexible and adaptive.
•Able to successfully meet deadlines.
•Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
•Willingness to work to Australian Working Hours.
•Willingness to work or relocate to Alabang or Angeles City, Pampanga
