- Must be willing to work onsite in our office in Eastwood
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends -
- Critical working days and graveyard schedules
Customer Service Representative preferred to be:
- Windows-based PC skills
- Demonstrate active listening
- Customer service experience
- Be enthusiastic and thrive under pressure while maintaining a level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
