Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns
- Assist customers in navigating products/services, troubleshooting issues, and placing orders
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to uphold service standards
- Salary: Up to 17,000 PHP
- Night differential
