Customer Service Representative

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Sales Agent to join our call center team to support a music lessons company. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting leads generated through our websites, promoting our music lesson services, and booking appointments with both new and existing customers

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads from our website and CRM.
• Develop a strong understanding of our music lesson offerings and pricing structures to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable music lesson packages to meet their requirements.
• Book appointments for music lessons with both new and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
• Collaborate with the call center team and other NEW ROLE ADDITIONAL HEADCOUNT TRANSFER RESIGNED TERMINATED PROMOTED LEAVE WITHOUT PAY departments to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Previous experience in outbound sales or call center environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems are a plus.
