We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst for BPO client interaction, call calibrations, quality reviews, and process implementation
Key Responsibilities
- Client communication (readouts, reports, reviews).
- Call monitoring, calibration, and team huddles.
- Quality review preparation and leadership.
- QA process development and implementation.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- BPO experience (1+ year).
- Client interaction and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- QA process knowledge and implementation skills.
