Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service. You'll engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored support, and build strong relationships that foster loyalty and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience Enhancement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Client Retention Assurance: Identify and address potential risks to client retention, implementing strategies to build long-term loyalty.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they're well-prepared to leverage our services effectively.
- Client Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize support and service delivery.
- Client Account Oversight: Manage client accounts, delivering tailored, high-quality service to meet each client's specific needs.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within logistics or shipping
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proven ability to quickly identify and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction
- Genuine commitment to exceptional customer service, consistently aiming to exceed client expectations
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software tools
- Work-from-home setup with 2-3x onsite a month.
