We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu Central Visayas on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our global home security account, providing world-class customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Answering inbound customer calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner

Troubleshooting customer issues and working to resolve them efficiently and effectively

Providing product information and technical support to customers

Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records

Referring complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

At least a senior high school graduate

With 1 year Customer Service Experience (not limited to BPO | working directly with customers and

providing high quality service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues

Fluency in both written and spoken English

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to professional development
