Summary
The Implementation Analyst II manages the initial implementation of the software setup of new and existing client properties for G5 and Leaselabs solutions. Using established procedures, the IA II is required to analyze client data and take the appropriate actions necessary to implement all requested products. This person should have exceptional customer service, project management and organizational skills as well as above average computer skills. The Implementation Analyst II is instrumental in effectively communicating challenges to the appropriate departments to ensure a positive client implementation experience. In addition, this role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the Front Office Suite, which encompasses AI-driven tools for marketing, leasing and resident engagement.

The Implementation Analyst II is instrumental in effectively communicating challenges to the appropriate departments to ensure a positive client implementation experience. In addition, this role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the Front Office Suite, which encompasses AI-driven tools for marketing, leasing and resident engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implementation of one or more products for property management companies.
- Coordination of RealPage services including data conversion and training.
- Deliver on-time implementations, per agreement with the customer.
- Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
- Review client business practices and confirm data is converted in a way that best utilizes RealPage products.
- Review complex orders to confirm that all services being provided have been properly requested.
- Perform peer review of the work produced by teammates to ensure it meets department quality standards.
- Identify areas for enhancement in workflows and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects within a short time frame.
- Communicate with management regarding the status of assignments and any obstacles encountered that may hinder the achievement of designated goals.
- Graduate of any four-year course related to IT or software
- With 2 years’ work experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Graphic Designing and Front-end development, property management
- With background using photoshop, SharePoint and Salesforce, automation and integration.
- Technology/SaaS, Marketing/Digital Advertising and/or Property Management experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess good organization and time management skills.
- Able to work with little supervision but knowing when to escalate problems.
- Completing multiple tasks within desired timelines; excellent project management skills
- Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change.
- Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule.
- Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (Hybrid setup)
