Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint
Identify opportunities for upselling products based on customer needs
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall service quality
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
