Your role:

As a Customer Service Coordinator, You Will

  • Reach out to interested homeowners to introduce services and guide next steps.
  • Act as the main contact for all homeowner inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat.
  • Explain product benefits, pricing, and the application process clearly.
  • Address questions, resolve concerns, and provide updates or underwriting support.
  • Assign qualified leads to Account Managers for smooth handover and workload balance.
  • Join pilot and conversion projects to enhance customer experience and results.
  • Help create and refine SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
  • Support new hires through shadowing and sharing best practices.
  • Track KPIs and contribute to regular performance reports.
  • Conduct quality checks and monitor communications to maintain service standards.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for business-to-consumer (B2C) interactions.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with a Mortgage or HELOC (homeloan) product is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in a customer facing role
