We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Human Resource Payroll Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducts initial review and consolidates payroll instructions for secondary review and approval of Payroll Auditor and HRSD Operations Manager.
  • Manages Final Pay Calculation process including monitoring of clawback process of outstanding leaver liabilities
  • Ensure that HR transactions are submitted on time by the different departments and reports noncompliance of any HR policy or procedure
  • Provide support to all stakeholders and process requests in different facets of Payroll processing and ensures that all requests made by the customers are accurately and timely responded and or resolved.
  • Takes leadership role in all Payroll processing related initiatives on efficiency and effectiveness of operations
  • Ensure data integrity at all times in maintaining the HR database systems and confidentiality of information
  • Update related database systems in Human Resources in order to align to other interface systems such as but not limited to IT Systems, Group Directory, time and attendance systems and etc.
  • Coordinates with other functional areas in HR in gathering pertinent data.
  • Timely and accurate submission of MI reports related to attendance and payroll including Overtime, Incentive costs and Withholding tax payments

Job Requirements

  • With extensive experience in Payroll and HR related experience
  • Experience in Payroll in banking environment is strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of regulations and statutory requirements related to salaries, taxes, government benefits and other payroll related matter
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and act accordingly.
  • Proficiency and fluency in both oral and written English as well as to diplomatically communicate with all levels of management and staff
  • Confidence in dealing with problems presented by all senior management levels
  • Resourceful, analytical, and a strategic thinker
  • Highly adaptable to culturally diverse working environments
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately against tight deadlines with high level attention to detail

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
