Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles is preferred but not always required (entry-level opportunities available).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer support tools (CRM, ticketing systems, live chat, etc.).
- Proficiency in English (or the required business language); multilingual skills are a plus
